Whole Tigernuts with a aturally sweet vanilla-almond flavour and firm yet chewy texture. Tigernuts are not actually nuts, but tiny tubers growing beneath the surface of open flood plains. The tubers are carefully extracted, cleaned then dried naturally and slowly.
